Well we have had a fun and exciting weekend! Yesterday we went to the Frisco Community Salute your Troops Parade. It was really cute and there were all sorts of different participants! It was a bit emotional when the Hummer drove by with some troops in it and walking along side of it. Following right behind was a float with veterans which was emotional as well. It was a fun parade and the girls had a great time.
Today we went with Michelle & Welson to the Dallas Zoo!!! It was Addyson & Kaydence's 1st trip to the zoo! It was the PERFECT day to go, it was about 75 degrees and the sun was shining bright! We saw giraffe's, monkeys, tiger's, elephants,penguins and all sorts of different animals. I am glad we waited until now to take the girls because they seemed interested in the animals and they really enjoyed it. I think they will enjoy it a little more everytime we go. Next time we will try the Fort Worth zoo!
We definitely took advantage of the fact that Daddy had the weekend off!!!!
