Back from Summer Vacation #1!!!!

The girls, me and Grammy took a trip to Lake Havasu to visit the family! It was a great trip! It was nice to see everyone and the girls loved seeing their Auntie Onya, all the cousins, Auntie Yo-yo and Uncle Andrew! The girls were their normal CrAzY mischievous selves but they actually adjusted really well to the time change and had lots of fun! We spent the majority of our time swimming and Addyson & Kaydence LOVED the water. They took lots of spills into the pool but by the end of the trip they were practically swimming. I can't believe how comfortable they were in the water! I thought for sure it would take them time to get use to but they were little dare devils blowing bubbles in the water and holding onto the ledges and kicking their feet. It was so much fun!

Addyson was really funny, her line for the whole week was "oh, no" in the most dramatic voice possible. Every time she wouldn't get her way, drop something or if she didn't like something she would say it over and over again. Cousin Easton heard this so much, he picked it up too! ;) Kaydence loved and grabbed onto every boy that came around, she was really missing her daddy!

The girls continue to grow and learn new things everyday. Right now they are into playing this game where one will scream really loud and then plop themselves down on their butt. Then they call for their sister to help them up. They take turns doing this over and over again. I ask myself; how can such a loud, wrenching scream be so cute to watch....I have no idea how it is, but it is!!

The day before we left both of the girls finally conquered their goal of Jumping and actually getting air!! This was really exciting because they had been working so hard on this. The first time they did it and it actually worked, the look on their faces was priceless! Now they are little jumping beans and are working on getting higher and higher!
