Our FABULOUS Reno Vacation!

At the beginning of the month we took a family vacation to Reno/Tahoe to visit Nahna, Pappa, Great Grandma Reno, Great Uncle Mike, Great Aunt Christy and Great Uncle Roger with a special out of town visitor.... Uncle Aya!!! It was a WONDERFUL vacation! We flew out on Friday and the flight went well. The girls are definitely professional flyer's and very familiar with airplanes by now! They were a bit more restless this time around but other than the take off and landing they were wonderful! Here's some pictures from the plane!

We started off the vacation with a college football kickoff party. Nahna and Pappa had everyone over and we watched football and visited with everyone. The next day we had a great dinner at Aunt Christy and Uncle Roger's. The girls had a blast playing in the backyard with the doggies! Monday we went to the Reno Aces baseball game and then to Great Grandma Reno's for another great family gathering. The girls loved the baseball game and had a blast playing with all Grandma Reno's stuff! They especially loved pretend playing the organ and signing twinkle twinkle little star with Grandma Reno.

Tuesday, the whole gang headed up to Tahoe. This was the girls' first time putting their feet in the sand!!! They LOVED IT!!! They loved everything about the beach! They had no problem running into the water and playing around. It was a beautiful day and the girls had SO much fun!! I think we all did!! Here are a couple pictures!


Uncle Aya had to leave on Wednesday but we had such a fun time visiting! The rest of our vacation was a blast! There was a lot of time spent hanging out on the beaches of Lake Tahoe, a visit to the Forests of Reno/Lake Tahoe, a visit with some great friends from Ryan Construction and LOTS and LOTS of great family time! The last night was AWESOME! Great Uncle Mike made a wonderful video of the girls' 1st trip to Lake Tahoe. I will try and upload it to you tube so everyone can see it. Its AWESOME! That was a great ending to a great vacation!!
